Ah jeez, how sad is it gonna be when the first one of the Goonies dies and someone gets all choked up at the funeral saying "G-goonies n-n-never s-say..."

Now, I'm not the morbid kind of guy to think about that stuff on the reg, but like Greg Laswell's "Girls Just Wanna Have Fun" cover, it's hard for me not to feel that Cyndi Lauper's original track production has hid something terribly, terribly blunt from me these past 20 years.
