My feelings towards Nirvana are ambivalent at best. I certainly appreciate and acknowledge their role in slapping the mainstream out of their hair rock hypnosis some fifteen years ago, though at the same time, I fondly recall my friend Phil winning a fight at a New Hampshire Denny's by simply responding "Not killed myself" to an impassioned fan's question of "What the hell have you ever done that Kurt didn't?"
Nobody could ever deny that "Smells Like Teen Spirit" has got a riff to end all riffs, and Stockholm DJ Divide & Kreate has tweaked the lick with just the right amount of reverence in his freshest remix. The track's processed snarl never gets pretty, and that's a good thing: I mean, finally! A legit reason for all the club kids wearing the red and black lumberjacks!

This remix is horrible. If you want to hear the only decent remix of this track have a look for Patrick Alavi's one - It's top notch.
